1. Orders & Payments
Q1: What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other secure payment options displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed in USD.
Q2: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact z18680042467@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes.
Q3: Is my payment information secure? Yes. We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to protect your personal and payment information.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q4: Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and may take 10–21 business days. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Q6: How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier’s website.

Q7: Are your products cruelty-free? Yes. All MyEncanto products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
Q8: Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Our formulas are dermatologist-reviewed and pH-balanced. However, we recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Q9: Where can I find the full ingredient list? Each product page includes the complete INCI ingredient list. We also highlight potential allergens such as nut oils or essential oils.
Q10: Are your products FDA-approved? Cosmetic products are not subject to FDA “approval,” but our formulations comply with all applicable FDA cosmetic regulations.
4. Returns & Refunds
Q11: What is your return policy? We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.

Q13: How long does it take to receive a refund? Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Q15: Do you sell gift cards? Yes. MyEncanto gift cards are available in various amounts and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
